Individual psychotherapy, family/couples therapy, group counseling, and mental health comprehensive assessments are typically 40–45 minutes. IOP is a 3-hour treatment session/day. Medication management visit length depends on whether you are coming in for a psychiatric intake or a follow-up.

No. Standard counseling and assessment appointments are typically 40–45 minutes. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) sessions are 3 hours. Medication management appointments are scheduled separately and vary between intake and follow-up visits.
